Camel coats and rainy days- OOTD

Apparently something called the ‘Arctic vortex’ is currently sweeping across Australia. Now I don’t know the exact details or fancy definitions, but I do know that it’s really really cold outside. Lately it’s getting to the point where I think I might spontaneously catch on fire because I’m sitting so close to my heater. I’ve literally become closer to my heater these days than to my friends.

In a rare five minute window of sunshine I took advantage and snapped some outfit photos before the weather decided to go back to grey and gloomy.
The one good thing about this weather is that I can whip out my nice and thick camel coat. Ah.
After hunting in stores and oohing and ahhing over camel coats online, I finally found this gem in Zara. Little tip, Zara sews the pockets of their coats shut (who knew?) with the intention that when you buy a coat you’ll unpick the pockets–so after opening up the pockets on this baby it was ready to be worn, over and over again.

What I wore-
Coat: Zara
Boots: Kurt Geiger
Bag: My Bag Shop
Ring: Sportsgirl

Haha I'm the same during winter, I'm pretty much wrapped physically around any radiator near me! I really like this outfit on you, the camel coat is ever so chic and your styling for it is fabulous, especially the striped top!
