A Playlist To Motivate Your Next Gym Day

Every time I read a post where people are talking about their workouts playlists, I quickly realize my taste in workout music is way more uh…all over the place. I love a good mix of upbeat music, but at the same time, I’ll sprint on the treadmill listening to music from a movie I love as well. Like anything, I need a good mix of songs, especially because I like to change up my workouts all the time.

So to inspire myself to move my ass tomorrow and workout, and to maybe inspire you for your next gym day, here are some of my favourite songs from all different sources that make me want to get moving as soon as I hear them. I have to change up my playlist regularly or I just get way too bored, but here’s what I’m currently working with:
